Why 0-100 DOES NOT Work
Be someone who consistently stacks wins in a certain department FIRST
Im holding off on Phase 2 of 75Hard for this exact reason. (Not saying I’m doing this correctly or the best way..)
And I think you could benefit from this,
My frame of vision and conversation with myself is like this,
Dont be someone with an empty plate and then because you feel like it, or because you’re instructed to,
throw a bunch of shit on there
and expect yourself to be great,
Have some wins you show up for,
so that a program like 75 hard isn’t 6-7 things that you suddenly have to turn on.
Be a winner ALWAYS, and a tracked winner for programs or transformations.
Be someone who only needs to clean up your diet, to have your switched be flipped to “ON”
Don’t be someone who’s “OFF” switch looks like,
being off everything,
not working out
not dieting
not reading,
and then all of a sudden on 75Hard,
or want to begin dieting, cardio, lifting, reading on Monday because you had a little motivational seizure.
This is about mindset, this is a life win, not a temporary sprint of a win.
Learn to stack a win, that you execute ROUTINELY.
This is a DONE or DID NOT DO type of win.
Either you’ve won, or loss.
Start there.
