America : What Will Fix This? Part 3

Thank you for reading Part 2, and getting this far.

Like I said, I have this gut feeling, that the problems in The US, will be solved by us,

and through our little actions, we can make waves.

Yes, You and Me.

Through these things,

Self

Tell the truth, be unequivocally you.

When you have to say those things you believe, you have to understand that the other person may not like it and you’re going to have to deal with it and it’s a hard place to be nobody likes being disliked or having confrontation

It’s not popular.

Being yourself is a competitive edge.

If it’s racial tension, division, among other things,

the choice we have is to be the best possible ambassador for the race, religion, species, class, party, whatever it is we represent.

Masks🙄

Didn’t you learn anything from the vegan movement?.. Which I tried btw..

I understand the concern, the carefulness,

but I also understand the tyrannical mandates against our constitution

We all just need a little understanding

Do you think people are wearing a mask because they wanna wear a mask?

They’re wearing it because they’re afraid

All these people not wearing masks condemning and calling people sheep and idiots, and you want them to join you?

That’s stupid.

They’re afraid, that’s all.

Have empathy

Now when it comes to condemning the people who don’t want to wear masks,

If you refuse to see the facts,

you’re emotionally tied to something you want it to be,

you’re looking for it to be worse than it is,

and if that’s the case,

what does that say about you?

Is your ego in front of the logic?

Are you more obsessed on being right than being logical?

I get it, you want to be a “good person”, doing the right thing, everybody wants that

Which it’s fine in this case to be wrong,

we were all fucking afraid in the beginning when they showed scary footage of people falling in the streets and body bags next to sick people, remember all that?

But the goal posts have been moved accordingly since then

Vaughn Kohler Story

It’s weird that these solutions to our country’s problems and solutions in general fall back on business principles

If you’re coming in and attacking,

All you are is a shitty salesman telling people they’re a fucking idiot for thinking what they think.

Like when a person wants to buy a Hybrid car for the first time,

and the person pulls up to the dealership,

and the salesperson hits him with a

“So you ready to come over to the winning team now! Let me show ya’ what we got!”

All you’re doing is telling that person they’re a fucking idiot,

when you wasted an opportunity,

to slow down and say,

”Hey, awesome car you’ve got, I drove one of those for years and absolutely loved it..

So what exactly brings you into our place today? “

See the difference?

What if you met a person who was the other side of your beliefs?

Vaughn Kohler, a former Pastor, told this story,

He went into a Starbucks, and got to talking with a gentleman, and it gets to

“What do you do?”

and Vaughn replies “I’m a Pastor”,

and the guy goes “Oh! Well shit, I’m an Atheist..”

Vaughn replies “Okay, cool, I can see a ton of ways somebody would be an Atheist.. It’s crazy times.”

Vaughn asks him, “What brought you to become an Atheist?”

And the gentleman replies, “I was Jewish, and with everything that’s happened to my people, how could there possibly be a God out there who would allow all that suffering?”

Vaughn replies, “Hey man, I totally get it.. I understand. You seem to have an unbelievable sense of justice and goodness..”

”Uh huh” the gentleman says,

and Vaughn says “Where exactly do you think that sense of justice comes from?”

and the gentleman says “Huh.. yeah..”

Vaughn finishes “Anyways! Great meeting you, maybe I’ll see you around!”

..and that was it!  They parted ways,

He may have not convinced him,

He may have won the conversation,

but he walks away at least with a new thought in their mind, a valuable conversation that may broaden his view of the world,

and a image of people from the other side, of goodness and compassion and understanding.

They left with their own beliefs.

If we can be the best example of whatever it is we’re trying to represent,

Hold empathy and understanding, to everybody else differing or similar beliefs,

be fertile, loyal, and helpful

to our fellow men,

Through us,

The problems in America will solve themselves.
