Top 5 Things I Learned From A $100,000 Business Coach

For the past year and a half, I’ve worked closely to one of the great Entrepreneurs of our time.
Yes you read that right, the cost of his Private 1-on-1 Coaching is $100,000 per year.

You can read about it by clicking here

In that time, there’s many things I’ve learned from observation but a ton more I’ve learned from Interaction.

I’ll peel back the curtain on 5 of the most implementable things i’ve taken away from Bedros Keuilian so far.

  1. Your 5%

Your zone of genius, the things that only you can do the best. How much of your time are you doing things that don’t contribute to your desired outcome? He’s boiled his 5% down to -

Delegate - Motivate - and Sell, which allowed him to achieve mastery.

  2. We love to over-complicate things

I asked him to clarify something, I noticed in his coaching, a good portion of what he does is bring things back to simplicity. “Simple is scalable” he’d say, and “we just love to over complicate things.” If it’s selling Açaí bowls, we’d love to focus and stress on having Environmentally friendly spoons, hand picked Puerto Rican bananas and organic gmo grass fed cage free organic blueberries.. Thinking that’s the catalyst to our kick ass business, when really all the customer is looking for is.. just a better tasting Açaí bowl..

  3. Happiness = Health, Wealth and Meaning.

    Tomorrow somebody could say “________ here’s a BILLION dollars💰!” But also.. “Here’s Cancer🤲..”

Now how happy and fulfilled would we be?
We can be rich but if our kids and spouse hate us.. Who’s winning?
We can be making an impact but without resources to help many we’ll feel bottlenecked to helping one person at a time..

  4. Keep the most important thing the most important thing

He explains, we see a little progress and momentum in an area of life, and suddenly forget to just do things that work. We think we’ve maxed out a process or strategy, when really we’re just putting a glass ceiling on ourselves and self sabotage. Keep doing what works.

  5. Most people will major in minor things

Most people will go deep and exert countless hours and weeks of energy, on things that don’t matter. We set time for little things, like scrolling social and Netflix binging.. Fill our lives with medium sized things that bring us joy but those things become our OTHER wife, our OTHER family.

We never leave ourselves with enough time or energy for the big things, like our family, our health, our self work, our business, our deep work. Those things get the leftover time.
And we wonder why we seem to make little progress.

  6. Your body is a just vessel, your mind is who you are.

    Here’s a bonus one!

All the things we do to our body, like nutrition, lifting weights and the crazy things we do is just toughening the mind.
Injuries are just injuries, the thing that gets us through is our mind and mindset. That’s who’s really talking.
That’s who’s in control of this meat suit we call a body.
