Alpha Of The Pack
Look at any pack of wolves migrating through snow or forest,
and you’ll notice a pattern in the formation.
The youngest, strongest and most agile, travel in the front of the pack, known as Warriors.
The elderly of the pack stay in the middle, to be protected from attacks.
Then, the other set of the Gaurdians, the next 5 strongest and fastest wolves, behind the elderly.
Lastly, the Alpha Male of the pack..
The Alpha Wolf,
travels in the back..
Wolves live in packs,
& A wolf pack, is not an accidental gathering.
The Alpha Male takes on all leadership, responsibility and distribution of roles in the tight knit family of wolves, which can vary in size from 3-40 members, in all ages.
Only the Alpha wolf decides on how to act in the face of danger, and the rest of the pack always follows.
They are friendly to all members of the pack.
Typically, the Alpha male splits prey and food with the puppies of the pack, knowing they are the future of the family.
The Alpha Male makes sure the faster younger wolves, are leading the pack correctly.
The Alpha looks out for potential incoming threats.
Do your part to show up as the Alpha Male, in your circle.
Do your best, and remember
Alphas don’t need to announce that they’re the Alpha, it shows in how others look at you.
Which can then tell you a lot about the person in your group, who’s pushing and campaigning to be the “Alpha” of the group.
No mind him,
You show up..
You provide..
You lead..
You delegate..
You lay out the roles..
Your pack,
is counting on you👊🏽
