The ultimate goal, is for you to hold confidence in yourself and for the conversation in that brain to go like this..

”When I say I’m going to do something, I do it..”

And it’s a feeling, it’s a feeling of knowing, a feeling of certainty.

That only comes from, doing shit..

Not putting it off,

not planning more,

not brainstorming more,

not researching more..

Doing more, even if that means you fail.

You still can tell yourself, you’re doing shit.

You’re re in the process of the goal,

not just thinking about it.
