The Way We Receive, Encourages What We Receive

Imagine there’s 2 kids in your life,

When you give the first kid something like a gift, or a compliment, or food etc ,and they’re just okay about it or say “I have another one of those” or “ehh cool thanks”,

Do you want to give them more stuff after?

Do you enjoy giving them stuff?

BUT when you give this other kid something they’re excited, grateful, and thankful full of joy even if they’re faking it (you won’t know)

You can’t wait for the next time to give them something!

You literally get excited to give to them.

You can feel beforehand the joy it’ll give you to give to this kid.

That’s how God looks at YOU

On the contrary,

Imagine this, you have a grown child, old enough to comprehend struggle and problems

But young enough to still be under your care

And he/she is in their room and you can hear through the door, and they’re crying and saying they can’t do it and they can’t take it and no one is there for them and it’s getting too much

And all you want to do is open the door to tell them you’re there for them and to reach out to help

And reassure them they’re loved and be there for them

And maybe they grow to be angry, maybe they fuss and the tears turn into resentment or hatred

But they never ask you to help, and you can only hope they take the best approach and perspective from the outside looking in.

When you sit and cry and say I can’t do this anymore and say this and that

That’s how God and the universe look at you

It’s being seen you’re not trusting that the universe or God in all its power is there for you and can help and has it all, because you never acknowledge it

Be grateful and thankful for things you receive, wether it’s obstacles that teach lessons disguised as “problems”

Or “blessings” disguised as opportunity, ideas, dreams, and clarity.

And never forget, that when you’re going through tough times, yes shift that gear into FIO Mode(Figure It Out Mode), but acknowledge your higher power, that it can meet you where your work leaves off, you’re never alone in this. And hey, if it serves you to get things done by tapping into that dark side of the mind, to move you towards your goals, I get it my friend ;), but you cannot live there.

Do and Believe That Which Moves You Towards Your Goals
