Credibility & Internal Dialogue

See this guy? This guy learned this the hard way so that you don’t have to..

What he learned, was this..

Credibility and Internal Dialogue make up your

“ SELF WORTH “

Your internal dialogue, starts with the action of

  • Stating you’re going to do something

That internal dialogue pauses at a fork in the road, where you either

  1. Fulfill the task, when and how you say you will

  2. You start negotiating the result, the process, or the time it will take.

Going through the 1st way, not only saves time by getting the task done without the time wasted on negotiating with yourself,

it stacks a win in your favor

and most importantly you build a wall of confidence by laying a brick that says

“I do things when I say I will”

Going through the 2nd way, wastes time while also leaving a task undone,

you teach yourself to automatically negotiate down your capabilities, results, and capacity for achievement.

One leads to good credibility with yourself and the other builds a lack of trust in yourself.

What does your internal dialogue sound like?

How does your credibility with yourself, feel?
